Welcome, and for those who are here for the first time,
my name is Annette Ball I am an independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Canada. Today I am hopping with my friends on the Stampers Showcase Group.
The Theme this month is Black and White. I LOVE a Black and White card!!
In this Annual catalogue there is a very exciting Hostess option!! If you have a party, or you have an order that reached $200 or more you can purchase a jumbo pack (48 sheets) of paper called Pattern Party and it is a full on party with lots of interesting prints including lots of bright rainbow like patterns. And the BEST part is that the B side as I like to call it are all Black and White!!
I cut 4" strips from a bunch and created 7 cards to show them off. I think there are still a few patterns I have not cut into.
So here is what I created.
I also used some of the dsp to decorate my envelopes by adding it to the flap.
The full piece of dsp is 4 x 5 1/4" with a White layer measuring 4 1/8 x 5 3/8"
I used my So Sentimental dies and stamp set (retired)
White layer is 4 1/8 x 5 3/8" and embossed with the Checks and Dots Folder.
I only did the top about 2" since it's a mini folder.
Dsp is 4 x 3.5"
Dsp is 4 x 5 1/4"
Black layer is 4 1/8 x 5 3/8"
Pretty Perennial dies
Dsp 2 1/2 x 5 1/2"
Black Layer is 4 1/8 x 5 3/8"
Black is embossed with the New Dots and Checks folder
I used Pierced Blooms and Pretty Perennials dies to layer flowers and decorate the cards. The ribbon is the Crinkle White Seam Binding and the Glittered Organdy staying in the B & W theme and all the cards are embellished with Basic Rhinestones Jewels
