Thanks so much to Angie McKenzie for inviting me to participate in the Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop!!  I was so excited to be asked!!

Today's Theme is to CAS(e) a Team Member
Copy and selectively edit

It is my privilege today to use a Cazz Boylan card as my inspiration.  Along with a huge group of demonstrators we all cheered her on as she presented at Onstage last April.  Something that is scary and exciting at the same time and maybe a tiny part of me would like to do some day too.  I'm not sure how I deserved it..but she sent me a friend request and have admired her cards, her family and her story every since.

Well I Love her card..but I do not have the stamp set so I thought it would be perfect to try her layout with the Ornate Thanks dies and maybe toss in some incolours because I love to do these posts in 3's.  I chose a sentiment from Peaceful Moments and I wanted to put it on the white layer, so to create some interest I sponged White ink across the middle of each card.

I chose my 3 favourite incolours; Misty Moonlight, Magenta Madness and Just Jade.  Yes, you heard me Jade...I am not a Green loving person..but this one is quite pretty!!
And the 3 all look so good together!!

Here is a closeup of each card individually.  You can see I used the corresponding incolour ribbon and I used the woven threads sequins for my flower centers and around the card.

On the next 2 cards I used the Whale sequins.

For the Just Jade card I had to get creative..that ribbon is still on backorder.  So I pulled out the crinkle seam binding ribbon, my ink pad and the speckle stamp from Poppy Moments and stamped the ribbon to add some colour, which is one of my favourite things to do!

I hope you enjoyed my card as much as I enjoyed making it!! Everything used is available at my online store if you live in Canada, just click on the Canadian Flag on your right.

Please keep hopping to see every one else's beautiful creations!!
Brenda Nelson is Case (ing) me and I am so excited to see which card she chose and what she makes! I Love her style!!

Annual Catalogue Faves - Lovely You Bundle

This bundle is one that I had to have!!
My thinking was first that the fonts are absolutely Gorgeous and the second was that this punch will be so quick and easy to add sentiments to my cards.  Back in June the demonstrator team that I belong to had an online catalogue kick off party and a few of us got to present.  So my facebook live was for this bundle.  So I made a couple of displays to show all the sizes of the labels and how the sentiments fit on the labels, so |I have added them here for your reference.

The bundle is pictured below

item # 154070

And like yesterday I have 3 cards to show off different ways to use this bundle.  Honestly I have a bunch more and will share those in a future post!

The first card has a peek a boo opening where I stamped the florals and then used a die cut from the well Written dies.  Then I fussy cut the little flowers.  I used the punch for the sentiment and I coloured the crinkle seam binding ribbon with my light Old Olive blends

My next card doesn't use the punch...we were given a colour challenge and I Loved the bright beautiful colours.  This is a nod to the catalogue cover, do you copy or use the cards in the catalogue for inspiration?? It used to be called the catalogue and idea book.  Our concept artists work hard on these cards and I love using them!!  The colours are Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Gorgeous Grape.  I stamped the co-ordinating ink on each strip of coloured cardstock using a different stamp for each colour.  I also coloured 3 strips of ribbon in the same colours to make this fab bow!!
The rhinestones were also coloured with blends to match too!

My last card showcases the punch, I punched strips of cardstock in the various widths, embossing the top one with the Ornate Garden folder.  And I used Smoky Slate for my stamping and the frame around the sentiment.  The punch is used with 1/2", 3/4" and 1" strips of Whisper White.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today and I encourage you to add this versatile bundle to your crafting collection!! It will definitely be a much used staple!

Everything used can be found in my Online store, just click on the Canada Flag to your right.

Thanks for joining me today!!
Happy Stamping!!

Welcome, and for those who are here for the first time,
my name is Annette Ball I am an independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Canada.  Today I am hopping with my friends on the Stampers Showcase Group.

The Theme this month is our Brand New Annual Catalogue and we are supposed to create a post about our favourites.  Well narrowing this down to one is darn near impossible!! So as a challenge for myself I am going to post a different favourite every day til Friday!!

Todays Favourite is the Gorgeous Peony Suite of Products.  Yes Suite...usually I choose my fave part of a Suite... embellishments, ribbon, paper.  But from the moment I saw the catalogue I knew I had to have every bit of this Gorgeous Suite!!

I have created 3 projects for today's hop.  The first is some quick and easy 3" x 3" customer Thank you's.

My second Project was created using the classic colours of the suite and some of the Designer Series Paper.

I gotta tell ya I am Loving the scallopd die cut and have used it on a ton of projects so far!! That baby will never be far away from my die cutting machine!!  Now this is not the shimmer ribbon but the crinkle seam binding ribbon coloured with my light smokey slate blend. A returning favourite that I am delighted about!!

My third and final project features the beautiful Crumb Cake cardstock.  Paired with Very Vanilla Cardstock and the Stitched So Sweetly dies...another amazing returning product!!

I hope you enjoyed my cards.  Everything you see is available at my online store.  Just click on the Canadian Flag to get there.  You do have to live in Canada to shop from me.

Joy of Sets - Splish Splash Blog Hop

Thanks so Much for stopping by!

My name is Annette Ball I am
an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Canada.
Welcome to Stampin' with the Bees.

Today I am participating in the Joy of Sets Blog Hop

and the Theme is called Splish Splash

So I decided that Watercolouring would be the way I want to use this theme.  I Love to watercolour and Stampin' Up has a brand new product in the Brand New Annual catalogue.  They are called Water painters.  They are very different as you have a fine tip, medium tip and a large flat brush.

So I thought I would Case the amazing Mikaela Titheridge and do some Fabulous stripes with the various brushes.

I created my own Rainbow...using Melon Mambo, Garden green, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Real Red making a wet stripe with just water, then drawing a line with my Stamp'n Write marker, following that up with more brush action to get the ombre affect making sure each colour does not touch.  The Gorgeous Prized Peony (my Favourite NEW set!) was stamped in Smoky Slate and die cut then raised up with Stampin'n Dimensionals.  I coloured the ribbon with Light Smoky Slate Blends and tied a double bow.  The sequins are the brand new Artisitry Blooms adhesive backed and have an iridescent finish this girl LOVES!!
The die set has this gorgeous scalloped edge piece that cuts and embossed and will never be far from my die cutting machine.  I Love it so much I used it twice!!

I really hope you enjoyed my card today!
Everything I used is available at my online store.  If you care Canadian just click on the Canadian flag to get there.

Please click on the Next button and check out all the other blogs.  There are so many pretty things to see and make!!
