AWOW - Case the new Mini Catalogue

Hello!! Happy New Year!! Here we are Stamping around the world on a Wednesday for the first time in 2023.  Our theme is caseing the mini duo.  What to use with so many new things to play with?!

When I first saw the Favoured Flowers dsp in the Saleabration flyer I thought..ugh I don't love reminds me of the daffodil dsp from last year and I did not like that one at all!! But I grew to like it...Well this dsp is GORGEOUS and I Love it!!! I hope you do too!!

The cardbase is Fresh Freesia along with the first layer of 4 1/8 x 5 3/8" cardstock
The dsp layer is 4 x 5 1/4.  I like to cut my dsp in 4" strips when I get it.
I fussy cut the flower from the dsp, added it with dimensionals.
I coloured the new balmy blue ombre ribbon with freesia and love how it looks with that hint of blue.  I used biggest wish for my sentiment and called it done!! OOps forgot the bling!!

Hope you Lobe this dsp as much as me!! Please hop along and see what everyone else has made.  There are so many talented cardmakers in this group!!

  1. A nice showcase of this SAB DSP - which I just ordered, so I await its arrival with anticipation.

  2. The deep colors of this DSP are amazing. Love the soft hues that you pulled out with your big bow. x

  3. Exactly! But how I understand! Last year, I didn't like the Daffodil paper either. But this one, strangely enough, I love it too. And the colours are so deep and rich, I think that's where it comes from! Nice project!

  4. Beautiful! Love seeing the ombre ribbon colored, very cool looking and perfect for your card.

  5. Great job showing off that pretty DSP!

  6. Love this! Don't those colours look stunning together?

  7. I felt the same about this paper until I actually got it. It's lovely and so is your project! Lovely card Annette x
