Around the World on Wednesday - CAS(e) a Team member

Thanks so Much for stopping by!

For those who are here for the first time,
my name is Annette Ball, I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Canada.  Welcome to
Stampin' with the Bees.

Thanks so much to Angie McKenzie for inviting me to participate in the Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop!!  I was so excited to be asked!!

It is my privilege today to use a Cazz Boylan card as my inspiration.  Along with a huge group of demonstrators we all cheered her on as she presented at Onstage last April.  Something that is scary and exciting at the same time and maybe a tiny part of me would like to do some day too.  I'm not sure how I deserved it..but she sent me a friend request and have admired her cards, her family and her story every since.

Well I Love her card..but I do not have the stamp set so I thought it would be perfect to try her layout with the Ornate Thanks dies and maybe toss in some incolours because I love to do these posts in 3's.  I chose a sentiment from Peaceful Moments and I wanted to put it on the white layer, so to create some interest I sponged White ink across the middle of each card.

I chose my 3 favourite incolours; Misty Moonlight, Magenta Madness and Just Jade.  Yes, you heard me Jade...I am not a Green loving person..but this one is quite pretty!!
And the 3 all look so good together!!

Here is a closeup of each card individually.  You can see I used the corresponding incolour ribbon and I used the woven threads sequins for my flower centers and around the card.

On the next 2 cards I used the Whale sequins.

For the Just Jade card I had to get creative..that ribbon is still on backorder.  So I pulled out the crinkle seam binding ribbon, my ink pad and the speckle stamp from Poppy Moments and stamped the ribbon to add some colour, which is one of my favourite things to do!

I hope you enjoyed my card as much as I enjoyed making it!! Everything used is available at my online store if you live in Canada, just click on the Canadian Flag on your right.

Please keep hopping to see every one else's beautiful creations!!
Brenda Nelson is Case (ing) me and I am so excited to see which card she chose and what she makes! I Love her style!!
