Embossing Techniques
Y’all know how much I Love embossing!!
Heat Embossing a sentiment
Running paper through your die cutting machine with an embossing folder
Embossing die cuts.
And cutting out a die and glueing it to cardstock to do faux embossing.
Here are a few cards using embossing techniques
The background is embossed with the Time Worn Type 3D
and I die cut some tags from Tailor Made Tags and glued pieces of the large die from the detailed Dahlias dies this is 'faux' embossing. The colours are Smoky Slate and Magenta Madness. The leaves are Basic gray. I used retired Magenta Madness Ribbon.
I used the same Time Worn Type 3D for the background
I die cut some hexagons from the Beautiful dies and embossed them with the Painted Textures 3D embossing folder. The colours are Bumblebee and Smoky Slate. The leaves are Basic Gray.
I used the Bumblebee gingham ribbon.
