Around the World on Wednesday - Something New, Something Old

Thanks so Much for stopping by!

For those who are here for the first time,
my name is Annette Ball, I am an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in Canada.  Welcome to
Stampin' with the Bees.

Thanks so much to Angie McKenzie for inviting me to participate in the Around the World on Wednesday Blog Hop!!  I was so excited to be asked!!

Today's Theme is Something New, Something Old

I did some training and part of it was of course Stamping and the bundle was Cherish the season...it is not a bundle that stood out to me....but after using it I am kind of obsessed with these bells!!  So I went into my retired stash to find the something 'old' and I still have a bunch of that mercury glass acetate from last year...to say I Loved that is an understatement...I guess I stocked up LOL!!  Good news..the new mini has some in it...can't wait for you to see!!
So I used an idea off Pinterest and created my own version of the card...and because I Love these bells so much I decided to make a bunch of these cards...do you ever make cards in bulk?? Well I made 9 of these so I thought I would show you some of my process.

First I die cut out all the bells from silver foil paper, the greenery from Garden Green, stamped bells all over a piece of Whisper White with Smoky Slate, cut my mercury glass acetate to and finally heat embossed my sentiment in silver on a 1/2" strip of Whisper White and flagged the end.  My next step was to tie the double bow.  I used both the Silver edge metallic ribbon and the real red ribbon.

Below you will see all my bows, dimensionals on the sentiments...I doubled them up in the middle to create a curve and I just put a wee piece of tearing tape on each end.  I also used tearin tape on the acetate and the stamped whisper white to ensure everything sticks.

Here is the final product.
I could not decide on which ribbon colour I liked more....
please let me know if you have a favourite

I hope you enjoyed my card as much as I enjoyed making it!! Everything used is available at my online store if you live in Canada, just click on the Canada Flag on your right.

Please keep hopping to see every one else's beautiful creations!!

Why would they offer to return twice the amount of your money if you failed the test, anyway? Let’s explain… Quick Fix premixed synthetic urine boasts all the components of real pee, including creatinine, urea, uric acid, etc., as we’ve already seen. It comes with realistic PH and specific gravity, too. There’s even a heat source and temperature strip to help you mimic a realistic human body temperature. Urochrome is the chemical responsible for giving natural urine its color, ranging from pale yellow to dark amber. High-quality synthetic urine will add different shades of yellow and green to give it a realistic appearance. Smell Manufacturers ensure to add the right chemical components to replicate the smell of natural urine. Even if expert lab technicians take a whiff of the sample, they will not be able to tell the difference. pH Levels Lab technicians also test the pH levels to ensure that the urine comes under the normal pH range. Powdered or liquid, the best synthetic urine will have a pH falling somewhere between the normal range of 4.5 and 8.
