Stampers Showcase Blog Hop -"SPRING/FLORAL" theme

Thanks so much to Dana Sullivan for inviting me to participate in the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop!!  I was so excited to be asked!! 

The theme is Spring/Floral so inspired by the Everything is Rosy Product Medley I created a couple of cards using Night of Navy and Melon Mambo.  I have to wait like you for the gorgeous rose gold shimmer paint and foil paper..so gold was my stand in.

Stamp Set: Healing Hugs
The cardbase is 4.25" x 5.5" 
The Melon Mambo card is on Whisper White and the Night of Navy card is in Very Vanilla
The first layer is 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and embossed with gold usinf the crackle background stamp
The Melon Mambo and Night of Navy Layer is 4 1/8" x 3.5" and I ran it thru the Big shot using the Subtle embossing folder
I tied a bow with white tulle ribbon on the Melon Mambo card and Very Vanilla lace trim on the Night of Navy ( I am going to miss this lace trim..it's not carrying over)
I stamped 2 flowers in Melon Mambo without reinking so I got 2 shades of Pink.  I also stamped the sentiment in the same colour then, stamping off once I stamped the flower to the punched out label.
The leaves were stamped in tranquil tide, both the flowers and the leaves were fussy cut. Adhering the flowers with dimensionals, I also punched a few gold leaves with our leaf punch and tucked them in around both flowers.
